• Manage general ledger activities, month-end, and year-end close processes
• Supervise and mentor a team of 4 (2 professional, 2 clerical)
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Deliver timely and accurate reports to executive leadership
• Provide support for AR/AP functions and day-to-day operations as needed
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants
• Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for business decisions

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (required)
• Skilled in using ERP systems and reporting tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
