About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Regional Director for HR and Talent Advisory. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of the North America practice, with a focus on organizational design, leadership, culture, and change. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading client engagements, ensuring the highest quality of consulting work, and driving regional business growth. This includes cultivating new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner for senior executives. The role also involves engaging in strategic conversations with high-value clients, representing the firm externally, and being accountable for the success of regional performance. Candidates for this role should be dynamic, strategic leaders with a consultative mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in growing advisory practices. People leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a commitment to inclusion are essential. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a related field, at least 10 years' experience in human capital consulting, and a strong background in organizational design, leadership consulting, and culture and change management. Experience in client advisory, team leadership, and a strong business development track record are also required. The role demands agility, resilience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, as well as a deep understanding of diverse talent needs and a strong interest in the application of AI and machine learning tools in a consulting environment.
