Job PurposeEX3 Sr. Analyst Insurance Services
American Honda Finance Corporation (AHFC) is seeking a Sr. Analyst for our Insurance Services department. The Insurance Services Senior Analyst will work with the department assistant manager on driving growth through the development of new distribution channels and customer incentive programs. This includes assisting in building and implementing an optimized multi-channel strategy encompassing dealer partnerships, a digitally embedded vehicle purchase experience, and community engagement initiatives that extend the company's reach and relevance. Simultaneously, the role involves creating innovative incentive programs that encourage insurance purchases, such as membership offerings that enhance car ownership experience and customer referral initiatives.
They will maintain strong, mutually successful relationships with insurance vendor partners, monitor SLAs, and recommend opportunities for improvement. They will lead research of industry trends and use industry knowledge and experience to formulate sound recommendations to support strategies and objectives. The Senior Analyst will design and recommend supporting strategies, action plans, and KPIs to track progress, providing updates on those key initiatives monthly, quarterly, and annually for the benefit of various stakeholders (i.e., AHFC Executive Leadership Team, AHFC Management, and AHM).
