About the Role

The Company is excited to invite applications for the position of Head of Risk Management. In this critical role, you will spearhead the enhancement of risk, compliance, information security, BSA, and CRA programs. As the leading authority on risk governance, you will oversee the development and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management Program while ensuring effective implementation of best practices in risk management.

In collaboration with the business leadership team, you will proactively identify and address potential risks, prepare comprehensive risk reports for senior management and the board, and create a robust risk management framework that aligns seamlessly with our business strategy and adheres to regulatory requirements. Your dedication will extend to ensuring compliance with consumer protection laws, BSA requirements, and maintaining strong information security policies to safeguard customer data.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in banking risk and compliance, particularly in consumer and community banking. We are seeking a strategic leader who has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and possesses an in-depth understanding of operational risk, fraud prevention, and crisis management.

As the Head of Risk Management, you will continuously monitor and improve our risk management practices, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure organizational compliance training is comprehensive and effective. Collaboration with the CFO will be essential, and you will also oversee information security, vendor management, and engage directly with regulators when necessary.
