About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its senior leadership team. A minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in a senior financial management role is required, with a background in independent schools or nonprofit organizations being a plus. The role demands expertise in financial compliance, forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning, as well as proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven professional with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
