• Base Salary: $90,000 $110,000 + bonus

• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Generate accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reports
• Analyze financial results and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with external auditors for audit processes
• Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
• Drive efficiencies in systems and processes
• Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff
• Manage standard cost accounting and variance analysis

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience (corporate or public)
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (required)
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
