Port Engineer Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Port Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of ports, terminals, and other maritime infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to make a real impact in the maritime industry.

Port Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement port infrastructure projects, including terminal expansions and upgrades
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize port operations, minimize environmental impact, and drive economic growth
• Develop and maintain port management systems, including CAD design and project management tools
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement to optimize port performance
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to port stakeholders, including management, operations, and maintenance teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize port operations

Port Engineer Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in port engineering, terminal operations, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of port operations, safety protocols, and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in CAD design, project management, and team collaboration tools
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
