SUMMARY OF POSITION:
We're seeking a marketing leader obsessed with players, fans, and culture—someone who understands the magic of the Harry Potter universe and can bring it to life in a way that resonates globally. As Senior Director, Brand Management & Product Marketing – Harry Potter Franchise, you will lead the brand and marketing strategy for one of the most iconic IPs in entertainment. You'll bring creative thinking, audience understanding, and a hands-on approach to execution.
This role requires a strategic yet scrappy individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can bring clarity and impact amidst complexity. As the voice of the player, you'll partner with studios and product teams, incorporating player needs, market insights, and competitive intelligence to shape product strategy. The goal: delight and grow our players through engaging experiences. You should be curious about players, markets, pop culture, and the evolving media landscape, with a deep care for creating fan-delighting experiences while maintaining a focus on commercial success.
