About the Role

The Company is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Asset Management and Operations to oversee our renewable energy asset portfolio. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our projects deliver optimal performance, reliability, and profitability. As an executive leader, you will guide the management of asset lifecycles, oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, and foster continuous improvement across our wind, solar, and energy storage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and enhance financial performance through diligent budgeting and reporting.
  • Develop and implement innovative asset optimization strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Support the Company's growth and sustainability goals through strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 12 years of experience in asset management and/or O&M within the energy sector, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy assets.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Expertise in technology and data analytics to enhance asset performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Flexibility to travel and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement are critical for success in this position.
