The Company is excited to welcome a Director of Operations who will play a crucial role in leading our expanding service delivery teams. You will develop and implement innovative operational strategies, refine and optimize processes, mentor a talented operations team, and evaluate tools that enhance teamwork and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a delivery center for a global managed service provider and will be evaluated based on the company's growth and profitability goals. With a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar leadership role, a preference will be given to those with an MBA or equivalent. We are looking for a visionary leader with an analytical mindset who is results-oriented, a strong communicator, adaptable, and flexible.
