About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Director of Mobile Software Development to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of mobile software development kits (SDKs) specifically for iOS platforms. In this dynamic role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of our mobile SDKs—from strategic planning to post-launch support. A solid foundation in mobile application development, with an emphasis on iOS and Swift, will be essential for success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a talented team of software engineers.
• Aligning mobile SDKs with business objectives to drive impactful solutions.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Providing technical leadership in areas such as API design, security, and compliance.
• Remaining up to date with industry trends related to mobile SDKs and associated technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mobile application development, illustrating a strong focus on iOS and Swift.
• A proven record of leading mobile development teams effectively.
• Experience with API design and integration, along with a comprehensive understanding of security best practices for managing sensitive data.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and Cocoa Touch, as well as familiarity with Apple design principles, code versioning, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to inspire and uplift your team.
