Join a leading wholesale women's apparel manufacturer as the Director of Women's Apparel Sourcing. We are looking for a dynamic leader with extensive experience in apparel sourcing and a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the complete supply chain process, focusing on a major retail client, particularly Walmart.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic supply chain management and planning
• Developing and nurturing vendor and supplier relationships
• Managing inventory and distribution effectively
• Leading production planning initiatives
• Guiding and mentoring a high-performing team

The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of sourcing relationships beyond China and be proficient in managing these relationships with efficiency and effectiveness. A deep understanding of Walmart's operational dynamics is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management
• Proven track record in managing complex apparel supply chains
• Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution networks and global sourcing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective sourcing, production, inventory management, and distribution
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Focus on compliance and risk management

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%.
