Job Details

In this role, you will:

✅ Drive the transition of our current application support model from internal teams or existing vendors to a Managed Services framework.

✅ Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth transition planning, execution, and knowledge transfer.

✅ Oversee vendor engagement, governance structures, and service-level alignment.

✅ Ensure minimal disruption to business operations while achieving long-term efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.

What we're looking for:

✔ Strong background in Application Support and Managed Services

✔ Hands-on experience leading transition projects (from in-house/vendor to Managed Services).

✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
