About the Role

We are on the lookout for a strategic and innovative Vice President of Risk Management to spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge, data-driven approaches for identifying high-risk patient populations. This senior leadership position is pivotal to developing and executing comprehensive interventions aimed at optimizing care management and minimizing adverse events. You will lead a team of experts dedicated to analyzing patient data, constructing risk models, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations
• Partnering with technology and analytics teams to design state-of-the-art risk algorithms
• Driving successful engagement with both internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degrees
• At least 15 years of experience in healthcare
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focusing on risk stratification programs, particularly in Medicare Advantage and Commercial plans
• A robust understanding of healthcare terminology, clinical conditions, and disease progression
• Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
• Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A proactive attitude towards driving strategic initiatives within the healthcare sector
