Location: Valencia, CA
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000
Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role works closely with production, quality assurance, maintenance, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and deliver high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

  • Design and implement tooling, equipment, and process improvements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Support new product introduction and transfer from engineering to production.

  • Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Provide training and technical support to production staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a production or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully onsite in a manufacturing environment.

  • May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting.

  • Standard work schedule with flexibility required to support production needs.
