Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience; at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in change management, strategy execution, and team leadership; solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desirable.
