💲 $175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus

A prestigious boutique litigation firm in Century City is seeking a Litigation Associate (3-5 years' experience) to join its growing team. This firm handles high-profile entertainment and complex civil litigation matters, offering the sophistication of big law in a boutique setting that values collaboration, mentorship, and work-life balance.

⚖️ What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation preferred)

  • Federal/state clerkship or major law firm training strongly valued

  • Strong oral & written advocacy skills

  • Experience with discovery (taking/defending depositions)

  • Prior trial team experience a plus

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 DOE

  • Bonus: $20K-$25K at 1,750 hours, plus origination bonuses

Desired Skills and Experience

3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial litigation preferred)

Federal or state clerkship and/or major law firm training highly valued

Strong written and oral advocacy skills

Experience handling discovery, including taking and defending depositions

Trial team experience at the junior level a plus
