The Assistant Rooms Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of supporting the Rooms Manager and General Manager through the provision of leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional guest service, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with established company standards and financial objectives. Furthermore, the Assistant Rooms Manager is accountable for assisting in the daily operational functions of all departments and ensuring adherence to, and the quality control of, all departmental policies and procedures
