Join to apply for the Factory Director - Custom Design USA role at PERGOLUX.

As Factory Director, you'll own and lead all aspects of our new manufacturing site. From production and warehouse operations to purchasing, finance, and systems, you'll be at the helm of scaling a state-of-the-art facility. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Custom Design, you'll shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure the factory becomes a benchmark for performance, efficiency, and safety.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the factory across production, warehouse, purchasing, finance, and systems.
• Own and monitor the P&L, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and output growth.
• Translate group-level strategy into clear, actionable factory roadmaps.
• Build and inspire a high-performing leadership team for the site.
• Establish and track KPIs, driving continuous improvement across departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the factory in group-level leadership forums and act as the main escalation point for operational and financial issues.
• Oversee final setup, including equipment purchases and partnerships with local service providers.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of factory leadership, general management, or large-scale operational leadership.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership with consistent revenue and EBIT delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and administration.
• Strong financial and analytical background.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to align and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills across cultures and senior stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience in customized or modular construction/manufacturing.
• Exposure to scaling factories in international groups.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs.
• ERP/system implementation or optimization.
