Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with current members, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement.
- Participate in staffing committee meetings, take and distribute minutes, and manage follow-up on action items to ensure timely execution
- Assist with the accreditation process of all programs within the client organization
- Promote the value of membership, manage the application process for new members, and raise awareness of the FC Organization's programs
- Update client websites, including posting online sponsorship opportunities and confirmations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the FC Organization's mission and vision.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, committees, and working groups to align goals, initiatives, and ensure effective governance.
- Plan, develop, and execute programs, and events.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders and identify partnership opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Executive Director and the Board.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in non-profit management, public health, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
- At least 5 years of related experience in one or more of the following:
- Project management
- Non-profit management
- Medical/Education management
- Proven ability to work with multiple deadlines and deliver detailed and accurate work in a client services environment
- Experience managing client relationships and leading internal teams.
- Self-motivation and demonstrated initiative, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to learn new technologies, multi-task, and work well with multiple managers, tasks, and clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-sensitive environment.
- Understanding of board governance, membership, development, and meeting planning
- Proficiency in Wordpress (a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Compensation Range: $77,000.00-$82,000.00. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
