Overview

We're partnering with a growing, industry-leading food manufacturer that's been a staple in the market for nearly 75 years. They're looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Quality Systems & Regulatory Manager to lead food safety systems, labeling accuracy, customer compliance documentation, and cross-functional audit readiness.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location

Santa Monica, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain food safety programs (HACCP, BRC, USDA)
• Oversee labeling compliance and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate customer quality documentation and responses
• Use Redzone, Smart Sheets, or Tableau for quality metrics and reporting
• Train and support QA team members on quality systems
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and executive leadership

What You Bring

• Experience in food safety, quality, or regulatory affairs in a USDA environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a tech-forward approach
• Ability to handle multiple projects, customer compliance forms, and labeling reviews
• Comfortable being the point person on audits and inspections
• Passionate about continuous improvement and quality systems
