We're seeking a **Warehouse Maintenance Assistant** to support Reformation's advanced warehouse operations in Vernon, CA.
In this essential support role, you'll contribute to the daily operations of Reformation's automation-based distribution center-focusing on cleanliness, safety, and basic technical upkeep. You'll work around automated systems like conveyors and AutoStore robots, helping ensure everything stays spotless and running efficiently.
**What You'll Do**
- Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance around automated equipment
- Use basic tools for upkeep tasks (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, cleaning gear)
- Log tasks and report issues using tablet or computer systems
- Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace
- Follow all lockout/tagout and warehouse safety procedures
- Support a team-oriented, sustainability-driven environment
**What We're Looking For**
- Previous janitorial, light maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand tools and digital platforms (tablets/computers)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Positive attitude, great attention to detail, and safety-focused
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
- Familiarity with AutoStore, robotic systems, or warehouse tech is a bonus!

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
