This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is passionate about driving business outcomes through people strategies. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to sales leaders, helping shape culture, optimize talent, and enable organizational effectiveness.What you'll do:Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key HR advisor to sales leadership, fostering strong relationships and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts aligned with business goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent development, coaching, career pathing, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations matters with a proactive, compliant, and confidential approach.
  • Support onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs tailored to a remote workforce.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to support compensation-related initiatives, including providing input on role benchmarking and market pricing to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Analyze HR and business data to uncover trends and inform decision-making.
  • Translate metrics into actionable strategies that improve team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with the Global HR team on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with California employment laws and company policies, especially around wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, and remote work standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring:Required Qualifications:
    • 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably supporting remote or field-based teams.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • Deep knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance.
    • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders, solve problems independently, and build strong partnerships.
    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for storytelling through data.
    • Experience managing employee relations and performance issues.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Experience supporting a national sales organization.
      • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
      • Background in medical device, aesthetics, or similar industries.
      • Workday experience.
      • Bilingual in Spanish.Base Salary Pay Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + BonusAn employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Hydrafacial's total rewards package for our employees.
