Company Overview
Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and distribution of business reports and exploratory data analysis (EDA) by integrating sales, finance, HR, and operations data. You will also address key business challenges, gather data, conduct comprehensive analyses, and interpret findings while developing, streamlining, and updating KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced formulas) and familiarity with relational databases (SQL).
- Basic knowledge of statistical measures and data visualization principles, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.
- Ability to translate business questions into actionable data analyses and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for problem-solving, empirical research, and automating repetitive tasks.
- A solid understanding of data quality, extraction, and analysis technologies.
- Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to collaborate in diverse teams.
- Preferred experience with R, Python, SAP, Power Query, or Access, and familiarity with large data sets or statistical programming tools.
Physical Requirements

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed.

- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions, with a typically moderate noise level in the work environment.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $64,080 - $96,120 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
