This critical role is designed to align key agency partnerships with our business segment distribution objectives to drive gross written premiums and profitability.

As the Director of Distribution Strategies, you will script and execute the distribution strategy for standard lines, ensuring it aligns with competitive business tactics across segments while serving as a brand ambassador in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the distribution strategy, managing agency compensation and segmentation, and enabling targeted distribution strategies specific to segments.

This role demands close collaboration with business segment leaders, directing revenue planning, and adeptly managing the complex communication needs of unique agency structures. You will also be responsible for talent management, establishing budgets, and maintaining a high-performing team.

We seek a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving performance results. The role requires travel up to 50% of the time to fulfill its essential functions.
