Director, Senior Cloud Security Architect

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead security reviews and threat modeling for new and existing applications
• Define and implement security best practices across global cloud environments
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to remediate identified risks
• Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise-wide security frameworks

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead security reviews and threat modeling for new and existing applications
• Define and implement security best practices across global cloud environments
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to remediate identified risks
• Contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise-wide security frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with deep expertise in cloud security, threat modeling, and application security
• Strong experience in security architecture, penetration testing, secure software development, and cryptography
• Proficient with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their native security capabilities
• Solid understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and CSA
• Experience collaborating across development, infrastructure, and compliance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Desired Skills & Experience

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent
• Experience conducting static/dynamic code analysis and secure code reviews
• Familiarity with cloud-native CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Prior leadership in an enterprise security architecture or global cybersecurity program

Compensation

California Salary Range: $155,000 – $311,000. Salary will vary depending on location, skills, and experience.
