Position Overview: Saylor is seeking an Executive Creative Director to lead and scale our creative vision across a growing portfolio of entertainment and brand clients. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for setting the creative bar, nurturing top talent, driving innovation, and helping grow our agency's reputation for brave, strategic, and culturally impactful work. As ECD, you will oversee our creative department—including Creative Directors, editors, producers, art directors, and designers—while partnering closely with Social, Strategy, and Accounts. You'll help define what “great” looks like at Saylor, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, integrity, and imagination. The ideal candidate brings an exceptional creative pedigree, a sharp eye for storytelling across modern platforms, and the leadership skills to inspire and elevate teams across pitches, campaigns, and long-term partnerships.
This is a full-time, exempt role with a salary of $220,000-$300,000, depending on experience based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role.
