Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform decision-making

• Participate in all stages of project development, ensuring the final product meets requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5-7 years of business analysis experience
• 6+ years of managed care experience
• Proficiency in relevant concepts, practices, and procedures related to the position
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of formal training in Project Management
• Experience working with complex, highly technical teams
• Familiarity with 834 file processing and health plan enrollment
• Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar credential
