Director, Procurement & Supply Chain Lead is a full-time role with Turner & Townsend. The firm delivers transformational projects across consultancy, project delivery and post-project operations with a global presence and a client-focused culture.
Turner & Townsend is seeking an inspiring and innovative leader to shape the future of Procurement & Supply Chain Advisory services, drive strategic growth, and deliver market-leading solutions across major real estate and infrastructure programs. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team, develop new service offerings, and foster innovation to stay ahead of evolving market demands. Travel will be required to support client engagements and team collaboration across regions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the procurement and supply chain strategy, deliver high-impact client engagements, and drive business performance, including leading major projects and programs, developing digital and data-driven solutions, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Focus on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and team development.
- Develop and deliver differentiated procurement and supply chain solutions that generate tangible client benefits.
- Drive strategic growth through market expansion, client engagement, and positioning Turner & Townsend as a leader in digital procurement and supply chain advisory.
- Oversee the delivery of complex, high-value programs across multiple sectors, ensuring excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop and own market strategy to strengthen brand visibility and expand service penetration across key sectors.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions aligned with client needs.
- Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and commercial negotiations to secure high-margin, impactful projects.
- Advance digital capabilities and integrate technology and data to optimize procurement and supply chain outcomes.
- Manage team performance, set objectives, and ensure the team has the insights, skills, and resources to meet business goals.
- Establish key performance targets and financial budgets, optimizing business performance in line with strategic objectives.
- Support the development of procurement services, including strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier evaluation, and supply chain intelligence.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialist consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Contribute to leadership of the business by supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, and should be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of ten years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Recognized expertise in strategic procurement across public and private sectors, with experience in major capital programs.
- Strong consulting background with experience managing client relationships at senior and executive levels.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-value projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Deep understanding of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation strategies.
- Experience across multiple sectors, with domain knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
- Proven ability to influence client behaviors and decisions, particularly in high-risk, high-value engagements.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this full-time role is $180K-$230K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only and does not include the total compensation package. Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range based on candidate experience and qualifications.
