Full service production company specializing in state-of-the-art LED displays. We rent large scale LED video screens for live events including concerts, special events, and top-level corporate meetings. Responsibilities

• Work with clients / account executives to quote shows
• Manage projects from quote to invoice
• Update drawings / gear lists / pricing throughout project
• Work closely with on-site techs to ensure successful shows / show close out: OT / invoices / POs
• Must be able to commute to our office 5 days a week
• Excellent communication skills / email etiquette / attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years project management experience
• 5+ years experience in Live Events Industry
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by leveraging strong multi-tasking, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Team Player / works well with others
• Highly organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer orientated
• Able to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Vectorworks / AutoCad

Required education

• College Degree or equivalent years of experience

Pay

• $80,000.00 - $95,000.00k per year

Schedule

• 8 hour shift (Full-Time)
• Work Location: In person: Fullerton, CA, Las Vegas, NV, or Nashville, TN
