About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Cybersecurity to spearhead a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy. In this critical leadership role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our digital assets, customer data, and essential infrastructure across our diverse portfolio of venues and services. You will define and execute robust security measures that align with our business objectives, advise our executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, and lead a talented team of security professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Risk management and compliance with regulations
  • Overseeing security operations and team development
  • Technology and vendor oversight
  • Driving innovation in security practices

To be successful, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field, paired with industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or GIAC. A minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, is required. You must possess a deep understanding of security architecture, cloud security, endpoint protection, and secure software development practices, along with hands-on experience with security technologies and tools.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to build and scale security programs, especially in complex, multi-site, customer-facing environments. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills are essential, as well as the capability to align security initiatives with business objectives and manage significant security budgets.
