About the Role

Join our forward-thinking team as the Vice President of Compliance and Ethics, where you will lead our comprehensive compliance and ethics program that prioritizes privacy and information governance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 15 years of experience in business management with a focus on compliance functions, preferably in managed care or healthcare services. We seek a proven change agent with exemplary presentation, writing, and analytical skills, capable of managing compliance governance activities and inspiring cross-functional teams.

Strong strategic thinking and long-range planning abilities are essential, as is the skill to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable communications. A deep understanding of business strategies and a knack for developing effective operational improvements will be key to your success. An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous, and the highest standards of integrity and trust are paramount. The candidate must be able to influence across all levels of the organization.
