About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Vice President to lead our efforts in Targeted Protein Degradation. This is a vital leadership position where you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy for research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of our Primary Focus pipeline on a global scale. You will oversee a diverse portfolio comprising over 20 research and development projects and 4 modality platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting pipeline priorities and leading project execution.
• Managing a comprehensive budget aligned with our Primary Focus objectives.
• Collaborating across divisions to advance the Primary Focus goals.
• Driving continuous investment and monitoring project progress.
• Representing the company in scientific and industry forums.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred) and bring 15-20 years of experience in cancer drug development within the pharmaceutical industry. You should be capable of developing and refining our strategy, leading within a complex matrix organization, and inspiring teams both internally and externally.
