IT Talent Acquisition Consultant/Sourcer

Qualifications:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Sourcer. This role will support recruiting and sourcing needs on the team, providing additional screening and sourcing capability.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing for IT positions preferred
• Strong knowledge in talent sourcing, recruiting including, but not limited to, phone screening, qualifying candidate, identifying those for interview recommendation, and relationship management
• Basic knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred
• Strong experience within applicant tracking systems (i.e., Workday)
• Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled sourcing techniques for roles requiring a greater candidate pool.
• Apply strong recruitment skills including short-listing applicant pools to qualifications needed and conducting phone screens for various functional groups.
• Serve as TA support providing assistance for the TA team, able to recruit for a variety of positions/roles for multiple job postings at one time.
