About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President for our Wholesale Lending Management team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the wholesale lending division, focusing on both traditional and non-QM lending opportunities. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, team management, and driving new business developments. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in wholesale lending and a comprehensive understanding of the mortgage industry, with a proven record in leadership. Experience with broker portals and a substantial network of national and Wall Street investors is highly advantageous.

As a key leader, you will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and exceptional communication skills. Building and nurturing relationships with important stakeholders will be vital. We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending. A strong industry network and a history of achieving success in similar roles are highly sought after. This position is remote, offering flexibility, but requires a self-motivated individual who is both independent and a collaborative team player.
