The Opportunity
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Tixr, you'll join our collaborative, high-growth team shaping the future of live event technology. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Sales Strategy, you'll serve as a resident marketing strategist for our clients, focusing on advanced analytics implementation, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing strategies. You'll educate clients on our best-in-breed marketing tools and modern strategies while providing hands-on technical expertise to help them enhance fan engagement, boost ticket sales and optimize marketing spend, in addition to supporting our larger marketing initiatives.
This contract-to-hire position offers exceptional growth potential with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role for top performers. You'll work at the intersection of data, technology, and marketing while gaining valuable experience with cutting-edge digital tools, live event marketing strategies, and cross-functional teams that drive real impact for clients and our business.
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) contract position with an immediate start date. The initial contract will run for 3 to 6 months, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. We're looking for someone ready to jump in and make an immediate impact.
