About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of IT Validation Consulting who brings a wealth of experience in IT Validation within GXP and CXR lab environments. This key leadership role involves spearheading the validation and change management initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards. We seek an individual with a robust consulting program management background focused on computer system validation and possessing substantial global expertise.

As our ideal candidate, you will have a passion for driving project success, a comprehensive understanding of Lean principles, and the ability to provide expert guidance in Director/Program Management within CSV GXP/CXR settings or similar environments. A Sr. Program/Director level experience in computer system validation with a focus on workflow and documentation management is essential.

In this role, you'll be expected to utilize your strong validation and change management background, as well as your experience in laboratory settings. Your proficiency in GXP and CXR lab settings is crucial, and a proven track record of success in these areas is a prerequisite.
