The company is excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Partner Management. This pivotal role is designed for an exceptional leader who will oversee our most valuable partnerships and play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for implementing effective communication strategies that engage key stakeholders, enhancing the company's footprint among our clients, and securing robust revenue retention and expansion with each strategic partner.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy and a proactive approach, with proven capabilities in leading a team and harnessing internal resources to fulfill partner objectives. This role also involves cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with top-tier professionals, including government officials, corporate leaders, and educational institutions.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, and at least 8 years in strategic account management focusing on retention, revenue growth, and relationship building. A strong background in K-12 Ed Tech account management, particularly at the state government level, is highly desirable. This position requires a results-oriented professional skilled in executive-level communication, data-driven decision-making, and adept at anticipating and fulfilling partner needs.
The successful applicant will be a problem-solving leader dedicated to achieving performance goals both individually and collaboratively. You must possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management skills, along with the ability to cultivate a team-oriented culture and provide insightful leadership to the executive team.
