Job Description

• Cooks all "to-order" international menu items to Casino kitchen standards.
• Prepares and cooks meals in accordance with standardized recipes and portion controls from the menu.
• Is knowledgeable of sautéing, boiling, frying, broiling, grilling, steaming, baking and wok cooking.
• Handles multiple orders at the same time with speed and efficiency maintaining proper food quality and presentation.
• Follows all Health & Safety regulations with food handling, time and temperature.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
• Must be able to clear pre-employment drug screening.
• Clear fingerprinting/background check.
