Legal Analyst/ Transactional Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Legal Analyst/Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys with corporate, real estate, and investment matters. The ideal Legal Analyst/Paralegal has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Legal Analyst/Transactional Paralegal Requirements:

• Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal program + 4 years' experience, OR JD + 1 year legal office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe, Westlaw, and Lexis

Legal Analyst/Transactional Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Draft and review real estate, tax, and corporate filings
• Maintain corporate documents and entity records
• Review alternative investment documents (PPMs, subscription agreements, KYC/AML)
• Conduct legal research and assist with matter management software
• Support attorneys with filings, deadlines, and communications
