About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our leadership team. In this strategic role, you will oversee the internal audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management functions within our organization. You will lead a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional audit and compliance services, while developing and implementing risk-based plans that ensure our adherence to a complex framework of laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

This is a pivotal opportunity for a leader with exceptional strategic, operational, and interpersonal skills, who can inspire trust and effectively manage intricate compliance landscapes. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of senior-level audit and compliance leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with a preference for those holding an MBA or a master's degree.

You will need strong communication skills, demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and the capability to obtain security clearance. Additionally, you will provide crucial advice to senior leadership and trustees, making it imperative that you can offer strategic guidance at the highest levels of the organization.
