About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a Director of Finance to drive the financial vision of our expanding organization. This key leadership position will be instrumental in crafting and executing a global financial strategy, focusing on our growth in the U.S. and European markets. You will play a crucial role as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive team, providing insights into financial performance and risk management.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Developing and aligning a comprehensive financial strategy with company expansion goals.
• Overseeing audit processes, tax strategies, and ensuring full regulatory compliance across multiple regions.
• Leading financial planning and analysis while monitoring and optimizing financial KPIs.
• Establishing capital and fundraising strategies while nurturing vendor and partner relations.

To succeed in the Director of Finance role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, especially within the fintech, payments, or SaaS sectors.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and navigating cross-border regulatory environments.
• In-depth knowledge of payment ecosystems, transaction flows, and revenue optimization models.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proven track record in scaling businesses in the U.S. and European markets.
• A professional qualification such as an MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage.
