As a Customer Service Representative, youll play a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment by building connections with our diverse customer base, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
2. Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
3. Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
4. Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
5. Build new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily.
6. Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
7. Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance the customer experience.
8. Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
9. Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
10. Engage in ongoing training and remain updated on our evolving products and processes.
11. Work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and effectively navigate multiple tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
12. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
• Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Background check required (subject to applicable law)
• Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing
• Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations
