THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The City of Baldwin Park is seeking an experienced professional to help lead the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. The Engineering Manager will report to the Public Works Director/City Engineer, and will help organize, plan, coordinate, manage, and supervise the Engineering Team. The City is looking for a team player who collaborates with other departments and outside agencies, and who understands the importance of mentoring staff. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of delivering capital improvement projects, including planning, design, and construction. The Engineering Manager will function as the Capital Improvement Program Manager.
