Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in the surrounding cities of Los Angeles. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, budgeting, and managing project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring work progress, ensuring project quality, and maintaining communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Skills in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with luxury commercial and residential construction is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
