Job Details

Manage a team of electrical engineers and designers and oversee their work on oil/gas/chemical projects. Plans organize, and direct engineering work, ensuring on-time completion, safety-in-design and quality outcomes from conception to completion. Collaborate with project management, client, other disciplines to meet project objectives. May lead one or more projects while providing guidance for other lead engineers within the program. Maintain relationship with project management and client to ensure satisfaction with the quality and progress of the project. Candidate shall have the ability to communicate effectively (written, emails, verbal) with the team and with management, and shall possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills; shall have the ability to motivate, create a positive work environment, helping the team to learn, grow and work together to achieve common goals.
