Responsibilities:
- Assist with supervision of financial analysts
- Perform business valuation due diligence including company operations and financial analyses, industry and economic research, and selection of valuation methodologies
- Develop projected future cash flow models employing complex valuation models
Qualifications
- Individuals must have BA/BS and have 2-4 years' experience in business valuation, litigation support, and/or corporate finance
- Excellent writing skills and proficient computer knowledge are required
