Join JLL's facilities team as a HVAC Maintenance Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and HVAC systems. This role combines technical expertise with independent problem-solving to ensure optimal building performance, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service in a dynamic facilities environment. Key Responsibilities. Mechanical & HVAC Systems Investigate, troubleshoot, and repair complex air movement and HVAC equipment. Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment. Analyze heating, cooling, and humidification cycles to diagnose and resolve system issues. Inspect, repair, and replace pumps, piping systems, valves, and components. Assemble, install, and test complicated mechanical equipment and assemblies. Diagnostics & Problem Solving Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
