Job Details

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Manufacturing Engineering will coordinate manufacturing engineering functions including analyzing part manufacturability in determining the requirements/process needed for product development through production for a specific product line, multiple machining cells, or designated part families. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Participate as a member of the Manufacturing Operations team and serve as business partner strong business partner with the Quality and Engineering departments. Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods while anticipating and reacting to emerging business needs. Updates routers as required. Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, piece flow, and equipment design layout for maximum efficiency. Partners with planning and design engineers concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
