Raytheon - Advance Product Solutions (APS) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Management ( PM) to lead program activity within the Electro-Optic Infrared Solutions (EOIR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

  • Accountable for profit and loss, AOP development and implementation

  • Set program priorities, resolve conflicts and barriers, implement gates and major reviews with customer, suppliers, and leadership

  • Manage all aspects of program execution, including start-up, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation, change management, risk and opportunity management and Estimate at Completion (EAC) requirements

  • Meet contractual commitments including the financial, quality, cost efficiency, technical and schedule performance

  • Develop partnerships with cross functional teams (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations & Supply Chain, Quality, etc)

  • Collaborate with other program managers to resolve resource conflicts and optimize success across the family open architecture radar programs

  • Lead all aspects of the proposal process to include strategy, bidding, gating, and fact finding, and partner with contracts for proposal negotiation

  • Develop strategy and growth plans and drive capture activities to achieve goals and commitments

  • Travel to participate in domestic business engagements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: program/project management, integrated product team lead, systems engineering, business management, etc

  • Experience managing development programs

  • Experience leading proposal activity

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Experience with all aspects of program management (cost, schedule, and technical performance with use of program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management or similar business processes)

  • Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

  • An active and transferable Top Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredpriorto start date. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance (a SAP level clearance will be required after onboarding to maintain program access)

  • Ability to focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward teams, enabling them to achieve desired results

  • Understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) principles, systems development, and application of applicable technologies in operation

  • Experience leading capture activities and winning new business in a competitive environment

  • Experience supporting focus, evaluate, motivate, and reward teams, enabling them to achieve desired results

  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management

  • Program Management Level 4 Certification

The salary range for this role is 137,000 USD - 275,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
